£15.00 - £19.99 £2.49
£20.00 - £24.99 £2.99
£25.00 - £29.99 £3.49
£30.00 - £34.99 £3.99
£35.00 - £4.99
We use the following methods of delivery:
Post - small items are sent by first / second class post.
Parcel Force / FedEx - larger items are sent 24hr delivery and have to be signed for.
Pallet Delivery - very large items such as aquariums are send by pallet and can take 3 days to deliver. Our courier will call you to arrange a delivery day.
RETURNS
You can return a product within 7 days provided:
-It has not been used.
-It is still in the original packaging.
-You contact us within 7 days by email.
The customer is responsible for the return postage cost and ensuring that the returned product reaches us in the correct condition. If it is damaged during the return we will not refund any money. Once we have the returned item we will refund the customer less the actual delivery cost. please note that in some case we subsidise the delivery cost; the actual delivery cost might be higher.
If an item is damaged we will refund or replace. We sometimes request a photo of the damaged item by email, and we may ask for the item to be returned. If the item is found to be faulty we will replace or refund. If the item is not faulty the customer is liable for the delivery cost to us and back again. |
