The water resistant motor housing has a built in gasket and recessed lid handles making the pump lid simple to remove. The media containers have retractable handles make cleaning of the media simple. The media containers are designed to allow maximum filtering capacity. Integrated into the pump are tubing tap connectors that combine shut off valves, hose connections and quick disconnect unions. Filters the aquarium by mechanical, chemical and biological means. Air Bleed system built into the motor unit. Quick Release taps for easy maintenance.
